His name is Luke Clover, he's 54 and he's from the great London. He is known as being a very humble person in his neighborhood, but the whole English capital knows his story.

Luke took it and gave it to his dad. Luke's father noticed that the odd piece of paper was, in fact, a lottery ticket with some numbers circled on it.
